For my final research paper I have chosen the topic"Organizational cuture's effects" I will discuss three main points:

1.The impact of organizational culture on the decisions that would have to be made for a company( I plan to choose several companies that fit this component).

2. What happens when an organization changes its strategy? How does this affect the companies organizational culture?

3. What happens when two organizations with different cultures merge? How does this effect the employees?

I will discuss these questions in depth and choose different companies that may fit the topics to discuss.
